Woolmers Farm, North Lane, Bickington

Delivered between 2011 and 2014, the development at North Lane, Bickington involved the delivery of 5 dwellings with a further planning approved for an additional 16 dwellings on the retained land.

The project has been delivered in three phases. The first phase consisted of the renovation of the existing 5 bedroom farm house.

Phase two involved the conversion of two agricultural barns and the construction of two new builds dwellings, and was completed in March 2013.

​

The final phase has involved the securing of a planning consent for 65 dwellings on the retained and adjoining land.
